We have just had a whisky walk by the Urana Lake to watch an amazing sunset. We also walked the famous verandah Main Street of Lockhart. Tomorrow we are aiming for somewhere west of Mildura.

A few false starts but we should be ready to go thursday morning, only three days late. This is a practice to see if I can still access our Blog. Some minor technical difficulties with the car, the caravan and something else I can't remember but i think grey hair is involved. We can now charge Toughie(240V), the satphone, the camera(more 240), the GPS, TOM Tom, the second battery, the freezer and both phones as well as  the electrical equipment of the three nearest cars as we drive along. The navigator is very anxious to go through Lockhart on our way out of the state for some reason, so that is the way we are heading. This should be enough to demonstrate to me that I can still do this. The next test will be putting one of Mary's photo's on.

Thanks to Glenn I can now access this blog again.  Departure is only two weeks away now and things are hotting up. I've hooked up the second battery, finished the plywood set-up in the car and almost finished the caravan, so packing can start late next week when Mary gets home from her conference.

We have the blog sorted now and will keep you all up to date as we progress.

We are leaving for our adventure in 3 weeks and all systems are go for our preparations.
