This is the camp site ( bus site ) we ended up with as a result of the first weekend of the school hols when every camp site was full. Most everyone disappeared on Monday but we were allowed to stay here for the normal cost of a camp site. Pa lovers it!
There is a bus and a bunch of kids and adults three down. They are a group of doctor's children from Newcastle with some adults who have hired a private company and a cook to bring them on an adventure. They all fly home tomorrow and the bus and camp kitchen drive home minus the clients! It must be great to be able to afford that.
From the view you would find it difficult to believe we are in Alice Springs. It is quite a unique place. The bush invades the town everywhere.
