We really enjoyed our time here. At night we could see a light at the homestead below us and as we woke the next morning to a totally cloudless day life took on a new perspective. My rock collection grew, we both finished books and we walked miles on the bit of bitumen. There were swarms of budgies everywhere and John discovered the spinifex pigeons. The nights were magic.
